And of course, we can't overlook the iconic Panjabi MC, the first to break into mainstream charts without a single word of English, a pure Punjabi Desi song with an urban twist. His groundbreaking success paved the way for many others, and his contributions to the music world are nothing short of legendary. He made history in an era without the convenience of the internet, relying solely on sheer talent and determination.

None of this would be possible without Junction 21 Records. In under a year, this emerging label has already partnered with some of the biggest names in the Bhangra and Urban Music scene. Their team’s commitment and hustle are evident in everything they do, and I’ve seen it firsthand.
